About the Founder
Chris Shupe is a marketing professional with more than seven years of experience building and growing businesses. Before launching this site, Chris held brand marketing roles at DoorDash, Ruby Tuesday, and European Wax Center, and founded Dominate Marketing, a performance marketing consultancy.
Chris built TradeAppReviews.com to give trade contractors the same quality of software research that enterprise buyers take for granted — clear, honest, and written by someone who understands operations and how businesses actually scale.
How We Review Software
Every review on this site is based on hands-on evaluation against criteria that matter to field service businesses: ease of use in the field, real-world pricing clarity, customer support responsiveness, and how well the software solves the problems contractors face daily — from dispatch and scheduling to invoicing and QuickBooks sync.
