Each listing is reviewed and approved by our editorial team before it goes live. If your company builds tools for contractors or field service businesses, a directory listing puts your product in front of the buyers who matter most.
Who Should Apply?
The directory is designed for SaaS companies and software vendors whose products are built for the trades. That includes field service management platforms, job costing software, estimating tools, fleet tracking solutions, inspection apps, and workforce management systems. If your target customer is a contractor, HVAC company, plumber, electrician, landscaper, or similar trade professional, you belong in this directory.
We do not accept generic business software, marketing agencies, or services that are not specifically relevant to the trades and field service industry.
Listing Tiers
There are two ways to get listed in the TradeAppReviews Verified Vendor Directory.
Basic Listing — $99 per year
The Basic listing gives your company a text entry in the directory with your company name, a short description (up to 150 words), your product category, and a single link to your website or a landing page of your choice. Basic listings appear in alphabetical order within their category.
This is the right option if you want a presence in the directory without a large investment. It keeps your brand visible to contractors who are actively researching software options.
Featured Listing — $299 per year
The Featured listing includes everything in the Basic tier, plus priority placement within your category (Featured listings appear above Basic listings), your company logo, up to three product screenshots or images, and an extended description of up to 400 words. Featured listings also receive a “Verified Vendor” badge.
Featured is the right choice if you want to stand out from competing products in your category and give buyers a stronger first impression before they visit your site.
How to Apply
Click the button below to submit your listing. You will be asked to provide your company name, website, product category, a short description, and payment information. After checkout, our editorial team reviews your submission before it goes live.

Common Questions
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your listing goes live. If we have questions about your submission, we will reach out before approving or declining.
What categories are available?
Current categories include Field Service Management, Estimating and Quoting, Job Costing, Scheduling and Dispatch, Invoicing and Payments, CRM and Customer Management, Fleet Tracking, Inspection Software, and Workforce Management. If your product does not fit an existing category, you can note that in your submission and we will review it.
What is the approval process?
Our editorial team checks that each submission is a real, active software product that serves the trades market. We verify that the company website is live and that the product description is accurate. We do not accept listings for products in beta, software that has shut down, or companies outside the field service and trades niche.
Can I cancel my listing?
Listings are sold on an annual basis. If you need to cancel, contact us and we will remove your listing. Refunds are not offered for partial years, but we will not auto-renew without notice. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your listing expires.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Featured?
Yes. If you have an active Basic listing and want to upgrade to Featured, contact us and we will invoice you for the difference and update your listing. There is no need to submit a new application.
What if my product is already reviewed on TradeAppReviews?
A directory listing and an editorial review are separate things. If your product already has a review page on TradeAppReviews, a directory listing gives you a dedicated vendor presence with your own description, logo, and links — it is not a replacement for the review, and the review is not a replacement for the listing. Many vendors have both.
